Introduction
I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years experience working with humans of all ages in group and individual settings. I work with youth (age 10 +) to 65. I specialize in traumatic bereavement, grief, trauma, ADHD, depression and anxiety. I graduated with a master’s degree From Antioch University, Seattle in 2010 and received my bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in psychology from Western Washington University in 2006. I am a certified mental health specialist. I have worked with adults, youth and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I take a family system, person centered and emotionally focused way looking at things but I utilize many modalities including multiple evidence based practices. I like to infuse compassion, nature and energy psychology when appropriate. I encourage clients to trust their intuition and help guide to find their true authentic self while embracing self-care.
